Q: I am not sure of the times? when do the days start and end?
A: ISCO timing is in Central European Summer Time CEST - all the times are correct on the programme - sometimes the webinar emails will convert the times into your time zone - so please check you have the correct times!
Q: What is the difference between the Live ISCO and the Recorded online ISCO? and why both?
A: The Live ISCO is 3 days of live webinar presentations with live chat and polls - you will be able to ask questions live to the presenter. The recorded ISCO is an online resource - it will have all the presentation video recordings plus quizzes and a discussion forum - which is ideal if you would like to take your time watching the presentations.
Q: Can I go to both the live and the recorded ISCO?
A: Yes of course! And if you complete the quizzes on the recorded ISCO you will be able to receive a CPD / CE certificate. We have unlimited places for the recorded ISCO resource - you just need to join as a Free Member of New Energy Work to gain access.
Q: What are the Tuesday Webinars in October for?
A: The Tuesdays webinars with Cliff introduce the Congress, and then we are offering 3 webinars each week after the Congress to review the event - and guide you to accessing the online recorded ISCO.
Q: If I register for the live ISCO will I also be registered for the recorded ISCO?
A: Yes you will - we will let you know how to access the recorded ISCO after the live event - if you are not already a member of newenergywork.com you will be invited to join as a Free Member to access the recorded ISCO.
Q: Can I just register for all 3 days of the live ISCO with one click?
A: No sorry - We have set up the 3 days separately - each day will be one continuous webinar event with one login - if you would like to attend 2 or 3 days - that is great - just register for the days that you can make the live event - and you will be sent confirmation and links for each of the 3 days separately.
Q: I am already a member of newenergywork.com - do I need to do anything more to access the recorded ISCO?
A: No everything is good - ISCO 2020 will appear in your dashboard as soon as its ready - just sign in at newenegywork.com and enjoy!
Q: Why do I have to register as a Free Member of newenergywork.com to access the recorded ISCO 2020?
A: The recorded ISCO 2020 is hosted on our e-learning platform along with over 300 hours of online courses - you will need to join as a Free member to access the platform where the recorded ISCO 2020 is hosted. .
Q: Is it true that both the Live ISCO and the recorded ISCO is free of charge to register?
A: Yes it is true! - since the start of the Covid pandemic we at New Energy Work have been working funded only by donations - we have released all our paid content free to support Shiatsu practitioners worldwide.
Q: If I donate - where does the money go to?
A: The platforms we use to create and deliver the Webinars, online resources and our mailouts cost many thousands of Euros per year to maintain, and the team contributes hundreds of hours of work per month. If you feel you benefit from ISCO and would like to help us continue our work - please donate what you are able.
Q: What is the relationship between ISCO, New Energy Work and the European Shiatsu Congress ESC Amsterdam?
A: We at New Energy Work worked in partnership with ESC Amsterdam in creating a series of webinars promoting the ESC, we were also planning a live online version of ESC Amsterdam - but due to operational challenges the ESC and New Energy Work decided it was best for us to create a separate online event - ISCO 2020 - after the ESC Amsterdam.
